Neuralicity is a managed voice AI platform for professional services. We handle everything from initial setup to ongoing optimization so you can focus on serving clients, not managing technology.
Who is it for?
Real Estate, Law, Outpatient Healthcare (clinic and NEMT-adjacent ops), and Finance/Tax practices.
How fast can we go live?
Same day after a brief onboarding.
Do we need engineering resources?
No. You do not need engineers. We set it up and manage it for you.
How does onboarding work?
Guided setup to define rules and handoffs, connect your number and calendar, then we run quick tests and go live, often the same day.
What integrations are supported?
Google/Microsoft Calendar, email summaries, and one outbound webhook (optional). CRM sync can be added later.
Can you use our existing phone number?
Yes. We can forward your number to the agent or provision a new line and configure routing.
How are handoffs handled?
Warm transfer to 1–2 numbers with voicemail fallback and an email recap.
What about data privacy?
Data-minimal by default. Transcripts/recordings are off unless opted in. Standard retention is 30 days (configurable).
HIPAA/compliance for healthcare?
HIPAA-ready patterns with BAAs available for pilot deployments. We avoid PHI collection by default unless required.
Availability and language support?
24/7 coverage. English first; additional languages available as an add-on.
How do you measure performance?
Contact-to-book rate, answer rate, handoff success, and scheduled appointments per week.
Pricing model?
Platform fee per account + included minutes; overage per-minute. Healthcare pilots scoped separately.
Contract terms and cancellation?
Month-to-month during validation; cancel anytime.
Support and SLAs?
Email support, weekly optimization reviews, and next-business-day response for P1s.
Can we customize scripts and tone?
Yes, within your defined intents and qualification flow. Changes are processed within 3 business days.
Outpatient healthcare focus: what’s included?
Appointment scheduling/rescheduling, reminders, basic coordination, and escalation to staff; pilots can add care-specific checks.
Design partner program?
We’re onboarding a small set of practices per vertical. Early access, discounted minutes, and roadmap input.
